Today my boys compete in the Special Olympics.It’s cold, rainy and windy out. And I have an inner-ear thing going on, so it will be interesting to watch the events with ear plugs! My boys are competing as follows: Shot put (both boys) 200 meter dash (both boys) 100 meter dash (Isaiah) 400 meter dash (Isaac) 400 X 100 meter Relay (both boys) via www.ecu.edu
